Preparation: In a large bowl, combine rum, honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, seasonings and garlic. Add meat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, then separate the meat from the marinade. Set grill heat to medium. Chicken wings with cilantro

Ingredients: 8 chicken wings, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 chopped red onion, 3 chopped bell peppers, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tsp. dried pepper mixture, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 ¾ cups chicken broth, 2 bunches fresh cilantro.

Preparation: Cut into three pieces, removing thin parts. Heat the oil in a frying pan until very hot, then add the garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add meat and cook, stirring. Add onion and bell pepper. Then mix soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and pour into the pan. Add chicken broth as well. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Chop the chopped cilantro a minute before the end of cooking, then turn off the heat and leave the dish for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.

Ingredients: 36 chicken wings, 1 1/2 cups olive oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon dry red pepper, 1 tablespoon black pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, except the wings. Add meat, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Preheat grill over high heat. Thread the pieces of meat onto a skewer at intervals of 15 cm from each other. Pour the remaining marinade over them and cook on each side for 8 minutes.

Honey chicken wings with apple juice

Recipe Ingredients: 2 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 250 g chicken wings, 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup hot sauce for barbecue (or any other sauce of your choice), 5 tablespoons of apple juice, several apples.

Preparation: Mix black pepper, onion powder, ground red pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Place meat in a large plastic zip-top bag. Pour the dry mixture into it and shake until the wings are completely covered with it. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

This dish is suitable, perhaps, as a snack for beer (instead of dried squid :-) or crackers). Prepare the main ingredient. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. You can even soak it for 30-60 minutes in cold water. Dry. Are there feather stumps? Sear them over a gas burner or pull them out with kitchen tweezers. You can cut off the last phalanx without a twinge of conscience. Also, if desired, divide the wings in half (at the tendon). To make cutting easier, turn the joint out first.

First place the prepared chicken wings in a colander. And then dry with paper napkins.

  • A spicy blend in an oriental style. For a kilogram of chicken you will need 100 ml of soy sauce, 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic and 1 tbsp. l. artificial or natural honey, 3/4 tsp. ground ginger, a pinch of a mixture of peppers, 50 ml of vegetable oil and table salt - to taste. Peel the garlic. Grind in a convenient way. Heat the honey in a water bath until it becomes liquid. Mix it with soy sauce, vegetable oil (sunflower or sesame), garlic, salt and ground spices.   • Mustard marinade. For preparation you will need ready-made mustard (3 tbsp.), honey - 1 tbsp. l. deodorized sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l., garlic - 3-4 cloves and a large pinch of salt.   • The simplest option is to mix your favorite dry spices with vegetable oil and salt. Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings – 10 pcs.;
  • Seasoning for chicken or curry – 1 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 3-4 large cloves;
  • Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold;
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. First of all, you need to prepare the wings. They should be thoroughly washed and dried (you can place them in a colander and leave for 30-40 minutes or use paper napkins). Then the wings need to be cleaned of any remaining feathers, if any.
  2. Place the wings prepared in this way in a deep bowl. Season with chicken spice mixture and salt. Be careful: many seasonings already contain salt. If you get one, you no longer need to add salt to the chicken. Mix the wings well with the seasonings so that they are evenly coated with a spicy layer, and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic. Clean it of husks and films. The prepared cloves need to be chopped. To do this, you can use a special garlic press, grate the cloves on a fine grater, or simply chop them very finely with a knife.
  4. Add half the chopped garlic to the marinating wings and mix. Set aside the remaining garlic for now - you will need it later.
  5. Grease a baking dish or heat-resistant frying pan with vegetable oil so that the wings do not stick to the bottom of the dish when baking. If you use a good non-stick pan, you don't have to grease it. The wings themselves are quite a fatty product, so their own fat is enough for them to fry.
  6. Place the wings in the mold, cover them with foil and place in the oven, heated to 190-200 degrees.
  7. After 15-20 minutes, take out the pan with wings, remove the foil and add the remaining garlic. Mix the wings with it and send it back to the oven.
  8. After another 10 minutes, delicious baked wings in the oven are ready!

Tip: To get spicier wings, you can add more garlic.

Chicken wings with honey and mustard

Wings in honey mustard sauce are an incredibly tasty, juicy and very aromatic dish. They have a sweet-spicy taste. By the way, you can adjust the spiciness to your own taste by experimenting with different types of mustard. You can take spicy, sweet and even grainy. This choice will change the taste of the future dish. But the type of honey will not particularly affect the taste. Its main purpose is to add sweetness to the dish and coat the wings with a delicious glaze. You can even take candied honey.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings – 10 pcs.;
  • Honey – 3 tbsp;
  • Mustard – 2-3 tbsp;
  • Soy sauce – 2-3 tbsp;
  • Water – 60-70 ml;
  • A pinch of salt and pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the wings, dry them and remove feathers. To make the finished dish more convenient to eat, you can divide the wings into phalanges in advance. To do this, cut them with a sharp knife at the junction of the joints.
  2. Salt and pepper the wings. Please note that they will be cooked with mustard and soy sauce. These products already have a spicy and salty taste, so use less pepper and salt than you would for regular wings.
  3. Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil or take a non-stick pan. Place the seasoned wings in it and place in a hot oven. The temperature should be high - about 250 degrees so that the wings are properly fried.

In your free time, try making BBQ chicken wings. This recipe will take a little more time than the previous ones, but the result will live up to expectations. The taste will be sweetish with sourness, very rich.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg;
  • Onions – 2 large or 3 small onions;
  • Honey – 1/4 cup;
  • Lemon – 1 pc. (squeeze juice);
  • Mustard – 3 tbsp;
  • Ketchup – 1 glass;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Salt and pepper - to taste;
  • Soy sauce – 3-4 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the wings and dry with napkins. Inspect each wing for any remaining feathers. If such are found, then clean the product from them.
  2. Salt and pepper the wings, add soy sauce and set aside to marinate.
  3. Peel the onion. Soak a knife in cold water and cut the onion into small cubes. Place it in a frying pan and fry over medium heat, adding oil and a little salt. When the onion is slightly browned, add ketchup and mustard to it. Mix the ingredients and simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a spatula.
  4. Remove the sauce from the heat and squeeze the juice from a whole lemon into it, stir.
  5. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and pour the prepared sauce over them. Send them to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the wings).
  6. Transfer the finished wings to plates and serve. The remaining sauce in the baking dish can be passed through a sieve and served over the wings.

Tip: you can make the dish even tastier by deep-frying the wings beforehand. A few minutes will be enough for them to become crusty.

  • According to any of these recipes, you can prepare not only wings, but also other parts - chicken drumsticks, thighs or whole legs. However, in this case you will have to increase the baking time.
  • When baking, try adding a sprig of rosemary or thyme to the pan - they will add a subtle aroma to the chicken.
  • For the same purpose, you can put a slightly crushed clove of garlic in the mold.
  • If you don't have ready-made chicken seasoning, use the spices separately. Black and red pepper, curry mixture, paprika powder, turmeric and ground coriander are suitable for the wings.
  • You can also experiment with the juice and zest of various citrus fruits - they highlight the taste of the chicken well.
  • To check if a wing is done, cut down to the bone. The meat inside should not be pink and, especially, red.
