Lunch is the main meal that allows you to gain energy for the rest of the day. Therefore, it must be healthy, nutritious and not too heavy in order to maintain work activity after eating. Inquisitive housewives will find tips on what to cook for lunch quickly and tasty below.

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of chicken broth;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 150 g homemade wide noodles;
  • onion head;
  • spices and coarse salt.

Preparation:

  1. You should use freshly prepared noodles, but frozen products are also suitable for this soup.
  2. Wash, peel and cut all vegetables into desired pieces.
  3. Send them to simmer in chicken broth for a quarter of an hour. During this time the potatoes should soften.
  4. Add noodles, salt and season the dish with spices.
  5. Cook the treat for another 5 – 7 minutes.

Serve soup for lunch with herbs and homemade croutons.

Minced meat and lavash lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 3 sheets of thin pita bread;
  • 1 PC. onions;
  • 1 tbsp. fat milk;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • 6 – 8 tomatoes;
  • 80 g butter;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 2/3 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan and the same amount of chopped Mozzarella.

Preparation:

  1. Immediately place the onion, minced meat and garlic into the frying pan. Fry the ingredients until cooked, constantly breaking them up with a spatula.
  2. Only the pulp of tomatoes should be used. It should be passed through a fine sieve to remove the seeds, then mixed with a small amount of garlic and boiled in a saucepan until thick.
  3. Fry the flour in a saucepan until light golden brown. Add the butter to it and stir vigorously to remove any lumps.
  4. Pour in cold milk and heat the sauce until thickened.
  5. Cut the lavash sheets to size using culinary scissors. Place the resulting bases on top of each other, first coating each one with tomato sauce, then covering it with fried meat, and finally pouring it with white sauce.
  6. Shredded cheese of two types is placed on top of the sheets.

Bake lasagna in a baking dish under foil for a quarter of an hour at 180°C. After which, cook it for the same amount of time without coating.

  3. Add peas pre-soaked in cold water. It is advisable to leave it to infuse in liquid overnight.

To prepare a hearty meal for a large family, you don’t have to spend several hours. The housewife's task will be made easier by simple recipes and various kitchen helpers. For example, a slow cooker, a double boiler and a blender. And remember that most often the most banal dishes turn out to be the most successful and beloved in the family.

Dinner- this is an integral part of a healthy, proper diet, the recipes for which can be not only complex, but also can be done in a hurry. Therefore, you should not think that preparing lunch food is an unimaginably long procedure that takes up too much time.

When talking about lunch, you need to understand that this is a very important part of the diet, which accounts for the bulk of food consumed per day (about 40-50%). It should be quite filling. However, it is also worth understanding that overeating is unacceptable! The number of dishes consumed at lunchtime can vary from two to four. If we talk about a full meal, it should consist of appetizers, soup, a main course, as well as dessert accompanied by some kind of drink. Although most often lunch consists of two courses: the first and the main second.

When creating a lunch menu, you should take into account some rules for a healthy balanced diet. For example, it is better to combine meat and fish with light vegetable salads, but not with potatoes or pasta. This is due to the fact that protein and carbohydrate foods are poorly digested together (fermentation processes occur in the stomach, which causes the digestive system to be severely overloaded). As for dessert for lunch, it should also be light if possible. For example, the ideal option would be a sweet salad made from seasonal fruits and berries, the recipe for which, by the way, will not require more time and effort from you.

The two lunch options that we looked at earlier are more like homemade family dinners. In reality, they look completely different. We all have to earn money, and at work we certainly won’t be able to “feast” like at home! However, lunch at work can also be made nutritious. Firstly, forget about dry sandwiches and all kinds of fast food. Secondly, prepare in advance. Prepare yourself a meal for lunch the evening before or the morning before work. This could be, for example, a piece of baked fish with vegetables and a fruit salad. You can also take soup with you, because today special compact thermoses have been created for first courses. So in this case, there is essentially no problem! Adequate nutrition at work is just a matter of your desire!

Children's lunches also deserve special attention. They must be carefully thought out, because a growing body requires a full range of vitamins and minerals. For example, a child’s diet must include soup. It can be prepared with either vegetable or meat broth. Also, the children's lunch menu should include a main hot dish. It is only necessary to take into account that the meat should be light dietary. Pork is unacceptable in a child's diet (it is too fatty and difficult to digest). The same goes for mushrooms. Natural juices or compote must also be included in children's lunches.

If you have any questions about what to eat for lunch or what to cook, then you are welcome to visit our website! This will most help those new to cooking who have very little experience. You can also get a lot of interesting and original ideas here, surprising your household with something delicious for lunch!

Why do we, knowing how important diet is, still indulge in snacks every day that negatively affect our health? Someone will say that in the midst of a working day there is no time for proper nutrition, but this is not at all true and today we will discover recipes on how to make a light lunch. The main aspect in this matter is the limitation of time for cooking, because in a short period you need to have time to prepare the first, second and compote.

And therefore, in order not to waste precious minutes, let’s begin to familiarize ourselves with the dishes that meet all the requirements for an express lunch. But here you first need to figure out what aspects an ideal lunch should cover.

  1. The daily meal is the basis of our daily diet, based on this, we conclude: “Lunch should be nutritious and balanced.”
  2. After a break, we must return to our official duties, so we should not overeat, and indeed consume excessively fatty foods, so as not to turn into a sleeping boa constrictor in the workplace.
  3. Soup or any other soft, liquid and hot dish must be present on this menu. Here it is not necessary to focus on pickles and borscht; you can easily prepare for lunch nothing more than a vegetable or meat stew in its own juice or hot milk porridge.
  4. Vegetable salads also have the right to exist in the express lunch menu. Here, sliced vegetables can act as a second course, for example, as a side dish, and as an addition to it.
    But again, they should not be seasoned with fatty mayonnaise, as we are used to, but with olive oil or lemon juice.
  5. Well, the last and most delicious, especially for those with a sweet tooth, is dessert. Its role in lunch is not so important, and it is quite possible to replace it with a couple of slices of chocolate to simply close the taste buds, playing the role of completing the banquet.

  1. Plan your family's food menu for the week so you don't have to quickly prepare something in a hurry. It only takes 10 minutes to do this, but throughout the week you won’t have to spend most of your free time from work in the kitchen.
  2. Immediately purchase products according to the compiled menu. During the week, then you won’t have to waste time going to the store, because you will have a clear idea of what you will be eating.
  3. Try to keep your kitchen tidy. This room should always have a free workspace, because at any time during the cooking process you may need some kind of kitchen appliance, and if it is clean, then you will not need to waste time washing dishes.
  4. Do not fry anything in a frying pan, but rather bake or stew. Frying requires attention from the housewife and takes time. It is better to put the product in the oven and do some other culinary process.

  1. Freeze food for a week. This can be cuttings for soup and fried vegetables, cutlets, cabbage rolls, dough, broths. After work, you will simply need to take your own home-made semi-finished product out of the freezer and thermally treat it.
  2. If you need to cook something for lunch, then boil water in a kettle, because it will take much longer to heat up in a saucepan.
  3. Remember that to cook food quickly, you need to chop it as finely as possible.
  4. If you don’t have time to simmer a dish for a long time, and it needs to be brought to taste in this way, then use Provençal herbs and any other spices in large quantities.

What we eat affects our health. Don’t forget about the principles of healthy eating and learn to plan your day so that you not only have time to work and relax, but also deliciously feed your family healthy and satisfying meals.
