Another wonderful charlotte recipe, which has its own twist. Let the classic charlotte not be offended, here we will add a little sour cream. We will also decorate this charlotte beautifully with apples.

We will need:

  • apples - 5-6 pcs.
  • flour - 150 gr.
  • sugar - 150 gr.
  • vanilla sugar - 10 gr.
  • salt - a pinch
  • cinnamon - to taste
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • zest of 1 orange
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide

I’ll say right away that we will decorate the charlotte with apples, so it is advisable to prepare red apples - they are simply more beautiful.

  1. Cut the apples into thin slices. And at this stage you can turn on the oven at 180 degrees.

2. To make balloon eggs, let’s try not to separate the whites from the yolks, but to beat the eggs whole. It is most convenient to use a food processor or mixer for this. Beat the eggs at medium speed, adding a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.

3. Continuously whisking, gradually add sugar. The whipping speed can be increased. Beat for 6-7 minutes, you should get a homogeneous, fluffy white mass.

4. It’s time to add flour. We first sift it through a sieve and gradually introduce it to the eggs. The mixer continues to work continuously.

5. To give the pie a special aroma, grate the orange zest and mix it into the dough.

6. Finally, add 1 tablespoon (maybe with a slide) of full-fat sour cream. Mix the dough.

7. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with paper, grease it with butter and sprinkle it with a little sugar.

8. Place apples on the bottom and sprinkle with cinnamon for a delicious aroma.

9. Fill the apples with dough and decorate with apples on top. To do this, insert apple slices into the dough, moving from the outer edge to the center in a spiral.

We will need:

  • apples - 5-6 pcs.
  • flour - 160 gr.
  • sugar - 100 gr.
  • salt - a pinch
  • kefir - 150 ml
  • vanilla sugar - 10 gr.
  • vegetable oil - 60 gr.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soda - 1/2 tsp.

For decoration:

  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • water - 120 ml.
  • sugar - 90 gr.
  1. Kefir for the dough should be at room temperature. Pour it into a bowl and add soda there. Stir and leave for 5 minutes for the soda reaction to quench.

2. Remove the core and seeds from apples. Cut the apples into thin slices. Don't forget to leave 2 apples for decoration (this is optional).

3. Drive eggs into a bowl with kefir and stir well. Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar there.

4. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the dough, while stirring continuously.

5. Pour in vegetable oil and continue stirring until smooth. The consistency of the dough is similar to thick sour cream.

6. Cover the baking dish with paper and pour the dough into it.

7. Slices of apples in this charlotte on top of the pie. We insert the slices into the dough cut side down, laying them out in a spiral.

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • soda - 1/2 tsp. quenched with vinegar or baking powder
  • cinnamon to taste

This recipe is very simple, even a beginner can prepare it.

  1. Beat an egg into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Stir with a mixer.

2. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the dough, stirring continuously with a mixer. Don’t forget to add baking powder or add baking soda, quenched with vinegar.

3. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with vegetable or butter and place half of the apples on the bottom. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon if desired.

4. Fill the apples with dough, level the surface and place the remaining apples on top.

5. Place the charlotte in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.

We check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick - if you stick it into the pie and it remains dry, then the pie is ready.

6. Let it cool a little and sprinkle the charlotte with powdered sugar.
