  1. Remove the shrimp from the freezer in advance to thaw.
  2. Wash the basil sprigs, dry them, tear off the leaves and set them aside. Cut the basil stem into small cubes. And also finely chop the peeled garlic cloves.
  3. Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and add the shrimp. Add finely chopped garlic and basil. Fry over high heat for literally 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
