We cut the chicken breasts with a knife on a cutting board into thin strips. If there are bones, we remove them. Place the chicken pieces in a frying pan with the fried onions and garlic. We chop the parsley finely and also put it in the pan along with the chicken. Mix everything.

Step 4. Fill the pan with baking ingredients.

For baking, you can use a frying pan with high sides and without plastic handles or transparent microwave dishes. All layers of the casserole are visible in them - it’s beautiful and appetizing. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out layers. Depending on the width and height of the mold, you may end up with three or five layers, the main thing is to distribute the products evenly. The bottom and top layers are potato.
