- boiled or canned squid – 200 -300 g
- cucumber – 100 g
- capelin caviar (slightly smoked) – 6 tbsp. l.

If you purchase fresh squid, you must boil it before adding it to the salad. However, you need to be very careful with this, because if you cook squid meat for more than 3 minutes, it will become completely inedible and will look like a piece of rubber. If you are not confident in your culinary abilities, have no experience in this matter, and you are afraid of spoiling the product by missing the time when you need to remove the squid from boiling water, you can do the following. It is enough to just pour boiling water over the cleaned squid three times, draining the previous portion of liquid. You can check the readiness of the tubers by piercing them with the tip of a knife. After cooking, place the vegetable in cold water, this will make it easier to get rid of the skin.

    Peel the potatoes and grate them using a large hole grater. This will be your first layer. To make the dish more juicy, coat the surface of the salad bowl with mayonnaise and then spread the grated potatoes evenly.

    Boil the shrimp in brackish water for no more than 5 minutes, then cool and peel. If you are using king prawns, cut them into small pieces. Leave small specimens whole. You can also use canned seafood for salad, which is sold ready-made in a special brine.
