Step-by-step recipe for royal cheesecake with cottage cheese and sour cream

In order for the curd filling of the cheesecake to be as tender and creamy as possible, it is customary to add sour cream to the curd. In our case, this method also works great and turns already wonderful baked goods into the most delicate, aromatic pleasure.

  7. Pour 80 grams of sugar, 8 grams of vanilla sugar into a separate bowl, stir.

  8. Beat 2 eggs and add 500 grams of cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

  9. Transfer most of the crumbs (2/3) into a bowl (leave a third in the bowl).

  10. Flatten with your hand and place the filling on top. Level the surface with a spatula.

  11. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.

  12. Place the bowl in the multicooker. Close the lid. Select the “Baking” mode and set the time to 60 minutes. Click on “Start” - the process has begun. Do not open the lid while baking.

  13. When an hour has passed and the signal sounds, open and check the readiness of the pie with a wooden stick: stick it into the cheesecake, if the stick comes out dry, this means that it is well baked. Leave the pie with the lid open until it cools completely. Only after this can you remove it.

It is almost impossible to get a hot or warm pie whole.

  14. Remove the cheesecake using a steam container. Place it on top of the bowl and turn it over.

  15. Remove the baking paper and transfer to a serving platter.

  16. Decorate the fragrant masterpiece with powdered sugar on top. You will need about 60 grams of it.

  17. Cut the pie into pieces and you can invite everyone to the table.
