  • 25 grams of butter;
  • a little sugar (to your taste);
  • approximately 80 ml of slightly warmed water.

Take the yeast and mix it with heated water, add sugar to this mixture. Let it sit in a warm place for a while. As soon as bubbles begin to appear and accumulate on its surface, put the egg and butter there. Mix thoroughly, carefully add flour (gradual additions). Knead until you have a pliable dough. Then roll it out into a flat circle and, using a rolling pin, transfer it to a baking sheet lightly coated with oil. Pull up the edges of your dough piece.

Make your pizza toppings in the air fryer. The above amount of dough requires filling in the form of:

  • 120 grams of canned mussels or peeled shrimp;
  • 100 g crab meat;
  • 150 grams of any hard cheese;
  • 100 g sauce from fresh tomatoes or their pulp;
