Let's start cooking:

1. First, let's make an omelette. Break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and three to four tablespoons of water. Mix everything well.

A very original salad. The omelette here is unusual. Instead of milk, we use soy sauce and rice vinegar. Plus, smoked chicken and Korean carrots are added to everything. All together give an amazing taste.

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • Korean carrots - 300 gr.;
  • green peas - 1 b.;
  • rice vinegar - 10 ml;
  • soy sauce - 30 ml;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
  • sugar - a pinch.

Preparing the salad:

1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of sugar and beat lightly.

2. Add vinegar and sauce to the egg mixture. Beat everything again.

3. Using a ladle, pour the egg mixture into a heated frying pan and fry it on both sides. You should get three pancakes.

4. Cut the chicken into cubes.

5. Fold the omelette and also cut into cubes.

Preparing the salad:

1. Wash the carrots, peel and grate.

  • half a glass of milk;
  • 200-250 gr. Chinese cabbage;
  • 130-150 gr. hard cheese;
  • a glass of sour cream.

Step-by-step recipe for making salad with omelet

Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Beat with a mixer for at least 2 minutes.

Pour milk into a separate plate. Add eggs to it, pouring them in a slow thin stream and stirring. Add salt and ground pepper based on personal preference.
